Frank's Buffalo Wings

24 wings
Country Bob's Seasoning Salt (
4 cups canola oil
half a stick of butter
2tbs white vinegar
1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
(add more if you like them hotter)

The night before clean the wings and rub with Country bob's Salt, cover and put back in the fridge overnight.

The next day heat oil in a large fryer until it sizzles when you drop a drop of water in it. Add half of the wings and stir occasionally until gold and crispy, approximately 17-21 minutes. At the same time melt butter in a small pan and add hot sauce and vinegar. Remove wings from oil and put in a container pour half the hotsauce/butter/vinegar mixture over it. Cover and shake it like crazy. Repeat the steps for the second half of wings. Enjoy them within the first 15-30 minutes or so after cooking. They are not as good if they sit around awhile before you eat them.
